Invigorating Pedicure

Your service begins with a relaxing soak and cleansing in our specially formulated BioSolutions aromatherapy foot spa. Each foot will then be treated to a gentle removal of the cuticles and a filing of your nails. As you relax, we will smooth calloused areas, followed by an exfoliation of legs and feet with BioElements® Salt Glow. To finish, you will receive a relaxing massage with hot towels prior to a final buff and polish.

The Signature Massage is a blend of modalities with an emphasis on relaxing Swedish strokes. Pressure is generally in the moderate range, with deep pressure techniques personalized as needed for each client.

Reiki

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. It is an ancient Japanese healing technique, known for thousands of years. The energy is transferred from the hands of the practitioner to the client in a pattern of hand placements. Reiki is known to help your body heal itself. You will leave relaxed and with a sense of wellbeing. Reiki can be done with or without clothing, as no oils are used.

Neuromuscular Technique

Myofascial means muscle and fascia. We know what our muscles are. Fascia is connective tissue that covers all of our muscles, organs, and connects the skin to the underlying structures. Trigger Point

Therapy works with our pain. They are those exquisitely painful places in the muscles that, when worked with controlled pressure, release the "knot" in the muscle tissue. This brings the length back into the

muscle, relieving the referred pain and tension on the attachments of the muscles. The work can be done on the whole body or in specific sites like shoulders and lower back. It is also very effective for plantar fasciatis. You can learn to treat yourself for relief between appointments. There is pain during this technique, but it is done with attention to your personal pain tolerance level, checking in at all times. Myofascial/Trigger Point Therapy is safe and promotes healing of stiff, painful or injured muscles and repetitive stress injuries.
